A musicians first time through a real recording studio Part two

A musicians first time through a real recording studio part two. Hi everyone if you remember we covered recording your guitar and vocal tracks we also talked about knowing your budget and sticking to it and we covered preparation this is key to keeping your costs down. Alright so after many hours of vocal and guitar tracks I had my ten songs basic structure recorded , man was I pumped I came out of the sound booth and into the control room and there was a guy there listening to my stuff he introduced himself and said to me hey man you need keys in that music I agreed and he gave me his price for the ten songs his price was fair so I said yes his name I remember was Rob Maclean he was musical director for Second City in Toronto and when he sat down at the piano and added his part it was like the flood gates opened my songs came ALIVE as I stood there open mouthed and amazed Norm Barker my sound engineer and friend said “now how do like that” of coarse I was blown away listening to Rob add the piano and organ to my songs wow this was hooked . Ok next came the bass guitar that was supplied by my good friend Lenard Allen one of the best in the business and once again my music was transformed ,it had rhythm I have to be honest folks this brought tears to my eyes my songs were starting to sound like I was a real song writer I was on cloud nine . Alright lets get back to reality the cost of all this and it gets very pricy fast so keep your feet on the ground and your eyes on your budget. Well it looks like we will need a part three of this story there is still so much to cover I would like to thank all my fans for reading this it why I continue to write¬† THANKYOU.
